Warehouse Supervisor

Join Our Team as a Warehouse Supervisor!

Are you a master of organization and logistics? Do you have an eye for design and a passion for behind the scenes logistics? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you at Interiors By Design in Bismarck, ND!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurately maintained and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and improve efficiency
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, in compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment
  • Valid drivers license

  • Operational experience with forklift in warehouse environment
